Shipping policy

We ship across India. Every order is packed by hand with its lab certificate and dispatched from our studio in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 working day of the order being placed, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are packed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 6 working days. Metro cities are usually at the faster end of that range. Remote pin codes, hill districts, the North East, and the islands can take longer. These are estimates based on our courier partners' usual performance, not guarantees, and they can be affected by weather, strikes, festivals and other things outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders of ₹499 and above. Below ₹499 a flat shipping charge is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes and may carry a small additional fee, which is also shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order is handed to the courier we email you the courier name and tracking number, and send the same on WhatsApp if you have opted in. You can also see live tracking on your order at salico.in/account. Tracking can take a few hours after dispatch to start showing movement.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners usually make up to three delivery attempts. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable, since couriers call before delivering. If all attempts fail, or the parcel is refused, it returns to us. For a prepaid order we refund the order value less the shipping cost actually incurred. For repeated failed cash on delivery orders we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and pin code carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at harshit@salico.in or +91 92115 21007. We can usually correct it before dispatch. We are not able to take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

We currently ship within India only.
