These terms govern your use of salico.in and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order you accept them. Please read the section on what our products are and are not, because it matters.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by SALICO, trading as Salico, Sacred Living Company, with its address at D-192, Block D, Sector 55, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. GSTIN 09AFXFS4820A1ZR. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SALICO, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. What our products are, and what they are not

We sell rudraksha, karungali and gemstone jewellery. Our pieces are lab-certified for material authenticity and carry a QR code that lets you read the report yourself. That certificate tells you what the item is made of. It says nothing about what the item will do for you.

These are not medical devices and they are not medicines. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical, psychological, financial or astrological promise. Traditional and spiritual associations described on our pages are presented as cultural context, not as claims of effect. If you have a health concern, please speak to a qualified doctor. If you are looking for a guaranteed outcome in your health, wealth or relationships, we are not the right shop for you, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you something on a promise we cannot keep.

3. Natural materials

Rudraksha beads, karungali wood and natural stones vary. Colour, grain, size, mukhi definition and surface markings differ from piece to piece and from the photographs on our site, which show representative items. This variation is a property of natural material, not a defect.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice, though a change will not affect an order already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order we refund it in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of the order.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

7. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for the activity on it and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and do not scrape, copy or republish our content, photographs or product descriptions without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Salico name and logo, photography, product descriptions and page copy, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or not a genuine customer experience.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, courier failures, internet or power outages, and government action.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong and the usual channels have not resolved it, write to our Grievance Officer at harshit@salico.in with the subject line "Grievance", or call +91 92115 21007. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
